How can Christians model racial reconciliation and embrace diversity? We look to the Trinitarian God, Father-Son-Holy Spirit, as the perfect model. we embrace the beauty of the vast world by encouraging it in our congregations.  That is easier said than done. It will require "white" Christians to invite Christians of all colors and ethnicities into their congregations, but not treat them as "tokens". Instead, be willing to hear what fresh insight they bring to understanding the death of the Bible. It also requires Christians of color to learn the same lesson: that our identity is found in Christ, and while our ethnicity and gender are important, they are not as important as finding our deepest identity in Jesus.
